Abs Workout - How To Get Ripped Fast

We all know that exercise and proper nutrition is necessary to get in good shape, but what does it take to get those abdominal muscles sexy? Make a ton of crunches or exercises that are only targeting the area ABS will not be cut. For those abs workout and to show that six pack, you need to incorporate cardio exercises. You MUST increase the intensity of your workout by using both weight and interval training.

In simple terms, this means that we do our favorite cardio intervals of High Intensity and low intensity. You see, when you exercise with intervals and weights, your body uses more calories in exercise after hours it would be if you did traditional cardio and lifted lighter weights you do not have to kill and be at the gym six days a week but you have to drive a full body multi-joint, such as ... squats, lunges and pumps. Your training must be intensive. You do not want to be a those who are enjoying the morning paper while you exercise.

Here are 10 of the force from most of the exercises very ... IMPORTANT You Must be consistently effective weight training to multi-joint and cardio - incorporating some of these ab exercises into your routine. You will not see abdominal muscles, but just do ab exercises.

To develop abdominal muscles, focus on completely isolated using a very short range of motion, but high intensity during your abdominal exercises.

1. Vertical leg crunch ... The crisis vertical leg is another effective approach for the rectus abdominis and obliques. To right: Lie face on the floor and extend your legs straight with knees crossed. Contract with ABS blades to remove the soil, as if reaching your chest towards your feet. for 5 seconds. Keep your legs in a fixed position position and imagine bringing your belly button into your spine to the top of the movement. Lower and repeat for 12-16 reps.

4. Plank Exercise is a great way to build plank endurance in both the abs and back, and stabilizing muscles. Lie flat on your face resting on the forearms, palms flat on the ground. Press the soil, raising the toes and resting on his elbows. Keep back straight in a straight line from head to heels. Keep your arms on the floor next to you or put them comfortably behind your head. Rest your head on the floor, relax your shoulders and keep your back straight. Slowly lift your hips 1-2 inches off the ground, thereby increasing your legs and your feet a few inches higher. Avoid rolling your hips back and then bend back. Hold this position for a while.

Tighten the abdominal muscles and keep your head and shoulders flat against the floor. Slowly lower your hips back to the floor. It is a very small movement, so try use your abdominals to lift your hips rather than swinging your legs and creating momentum. Repeat for 12-16 repetitions.

8. Tube Pull Lie on your back on an exercise mat or floor. Ensure the exercise tubing behind your head about 2-3 meters above ground level.
